Wake up! Time for School!!!

A re you having difficulty getting up in the morning for school? Do you not feel like waking up? If so, this is the guide for you! Steps 1. Go to bed early. Teens need at least 7 hours of sleep, and 8 or 9 would be preferable. The older you are, the less sleep you need. So, in order to awake, say at 6am, you'll need to be in bed by 10:30 pm at the latest. 2. Set your clothes out the night before. By doing that, you won't be stressing while going to bed about what clothes you'll pick in the morning. 3. Have your hygienic items out and ready the night before. This can quicken the time. You won't have to go through millions of drawers just to find some lotion. (This point is mostly for girls) 4. Have a trusty alarm clock. Does your mother/father wake you up? Sometimes they don't wake up as well: they're human beings, you know. Make sure your alarm clock is set to go off at the correct time. Have it tuned to your favorite radio station fo...

The History of Halloween

H alloween is not exactly a typical holiday. Other holidays, like Christmas and Shavuot, celebrate an event. Halloween celebrates a lot of things, including the lives of people who aren't with us anymore. The history of Halloween is not entirely a clear one. Here's how (we think) it started: Many hundreds of years ago, a people called the Celts lived in Europe and on the British Isles. The Celts believed that the souls of the dead visited Earth on the last day of October. They had a festival in honor of these souls of the dead, and they called it Samhain. In time, the Roman Empire conquered the Celts and took over some of their beliefs as well. This included Samhain. The Romans combined it with their own festivals. And since the Roman Empire spread across a great part of the known world, the idea that the souls of the dead visited Earth on the last day of October spread far and wide. Many ideas from the Roman days still survive in the Unit...

Why is it so hard to find certain things online?

Have you ever wanted to find something online and couldn't find any results for it? It could be anything, maybe a definition of an expression or a rare product or an old book. We're living in the era of technology and online life, yes I said online life, can you believe it that now almost everything regarding our basic needs can be done online? Your documents, bank, communication, social life, networking, relationships and even entertainment!  But still, there are some things you can't find on the web. Yes they're uncommon but sometimes you need them such as a certain song you can't remember it's name but you know some verses or a product that you can remember how it looks like but not it's name. Yes it's strange but it actually happened to me a few times and I'm pretty sure it happened to you too.  Another example that happened to me again is "How can I find a music track by only it's sound"? ...

T he word itself is heavier than it looks.
