13 Original Colonies Map and Abbreviations

      Here you can find an exact copy of the map we used in class and all the States and Regions in the area.

Below you'll find a colored copy of the map we colored together in class.

      What you need to know and study is the abbreviated States in the code sheet below. Where is each one of them on the map and which region they belong to.

You can find the codes below:

Massachusetts = MA
New Hampshire = NH
Rhode Island = RI
Connecticut = CT
New York = NY
New Jersey = NJ
Delaware = DE
Pennsylvania = PA
Maryland = MD
Virginia = VA
North Carolina = NC
South Carolina = SC
Georgia = GA

This is everything regarding the original Colonies and the regions they belong to.

For the parents: please note that they only need to study the abbreviated code not the full state name since some of them can be be very difficult to spell for them. They can make it easier on themselves if they studied the 1st map in this post as it divides them by region.

Thank you for your time and good luck studying ☺️

Yes it's strange but it actually happened to me a few times and I'm pretty sure it happened to you too.  Another example that happened to me again is "How can I find a music track by only it's sound"? ...
